Tsutomu Miyazaki a Japanese serial killer cannibal and necrophile known as The Otaku Murderer and The Little Girl Murderer. Miyazaki murdered four girls aged between four and seven. He mutilated and sexually molested the corpse of at least one of his victims. He drank the blood of at least one victim and ate her hands. A premature birth left him with deformed hands, which were permanently fused directly to the wrists. Miyazaki blamed his actions on Rat Man, an alter ego who he claimed forced him to kill. Miyazaki drew pictures of Rat Man during his trial. Miyazaki's father committed suicide after hearing of his son's actions. After twenty years of legal hearings, Minister of Justice Kunio Hatoyama signed his death warrant, Tsutomu Miyazaki was executed by hanging in 2008.

Tsutomu Miyazaki was born on August 21st 1962 in Itsukaichi, Tokyo, Japan. He was born 1st of 3 children and raised by both parents. Miyazaki was raised as a oldest child and had two younger sisters. His father, Katsumi Miyazaki, owner of a newspaper named Akikawa Shimbun of Itsukaichi, Tokyo. His mother, Rieko Miyazaki, working homemaker. He had a physically defect. During his education he had academic, social or discipline problems, including being teased or picked on.

In 1988 (Age 25/26) Tsutomu Miyazaki started his killing spree, during his crimes as a serial killer he was known to commit acts of vampirism, commit acts of cannibalism, commit acts of necrophilia, strangle, rape, mutilate, and murder his victims. He would keep personal items and parts of the victims body after the crime. At least one victim was tied, bound, or otherwise restrained during the crime. At the time of his crimes he was living with himself, alone in Japan, where Miyazaki was known to work as a serial killer, employee of printing.
He was arrested on July 23rd 1989 (Age 26), convicted on April 14th 1997 (Age 34), sentenced to death by hanging at a prison in Tokyo, Japan. Miyazaki was convicted on charges of murder and other possible charges during his lifetime. Tsutomu Miyazaki was executed on June 17th 2008 (Age 45).
